Any work we do for a client is described in a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees and timeline. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that work.

4. SMS / text messaging terms

Program description. If you opt in, Fetch & Found Digital may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments or scheduled calls, project updates, and customer support. You may opt in by texting our business number, by requesting texts through the chat on our Site, or by giving us verbal or written consent.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

The Site’s content, design, logos and text belong to Fetch & Found Digital or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
